Good isn't enough.
Guardian Angel Carers was founded in Chichester in 2012 by Olympic sailor Christina Handasyde Dick, with one idea: home care should be a positive choice.
Today 18 local teams, each run by people who live in the area, care for families across the South of England, Wales, Lincoln and York.
Questions families ask.
How much does home care cost?
Every plan is built around you, so the cost depends on how much help you need. Your local team will give you a clear price at your free assessment, with no hidden extras.
Can the council or NHS help pay?
Some people qualify for help from their local council or NHS Continuing Healthcare. We can explain the options and work alongside your social worker.
How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days, and sooner when someone is coming home from hospital. Call your local team and we'll do our best to help.
Will we see the same carers?
Yes. We match you with a small team of CareAngels so you get to know each other, and we introduce new carers before their first visit.
Can family keep an eye on things?
Absolutely. With your permission, family can be kept updated, and our StayClose sensors can let them know if a routine changes.
Let's talk about the care you need.
Tell us a little about your situation and your local team will call you back for a friendly chat. It's free, with no obligation.
